Inspect Before You Replace

A replacement quote without inspection is a guess with a price attached. Years of build-up, offset joints, root intrusion and belly sections change what work is actually needed.

Footage also protects you commercially: it shows the contractor and, if needed, a dispute process, exactly what exists in the ground before work starts.

The sequence is simple: inspect, locate, classify, then quote. Any contractor who resists the first three should not get the fourth.
